Tessa Belle Dillman is a New York based photographer whose work lives in emotional honesty.
Whether she’s recording the playful exuberance of children, capturing tender interactions within a family dynamic, or crafting an emotionally raw portrait, Tessa loves the pursuit of the one moment that says the most about her subject.
Her earthy photographs evoke a sense of belonging, showing the bonds between individuals and their environments.
She currently attends the NYU Tisch School of the Arts for Photography and Imaging, where she studies under Dr. Deborah Willis, Karl Peterson, and Mark Jenkinson. Dillman has had the recent experience of photographing children at a prominent day camp in Los Angeles along with several commissions to photograph parents and their children in New York, Los Angeles and Prague.
Additionally, she has worked as a roving photographer at the Cannes Film Festival and with several publications and commercial brands, including Nike, Document Journal, and Hydroflask.
